As a California State Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), I intuitively and skillfully create each individual massage to meet the clients’ needs as they present themselves.  Nothing is assumed and the massage becomes a shared discovery in body awareness and mechanics.  Clients’ issues are welcomed and addressable with specializations in:

• work- and sports-related aches and injuries;
• body mechanics for longevity of health;
• tending to psychological issues such as depression, attachment, and trauma through nurturing touch;
• relaxation and stress reduction massage;
• nurturing massage for pregnant and postpartum women; (infants too!)
• nurturing massage for seniors; and,
• chair massage for special events, workplace stress management, etc.

Pricing/Trade:

Massage fees are sliding scale:  $50.00/hr - $75.00/hr; Trade is always a welcomed consideration so feel free to ask!
